Program Objectives

During this two-week virtual learning experience, you will: 

• Deepen your understanding of the DiSC model, theory, research, and key principles.
• Learn to build custom solutions using the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ experience.
• Familiarize yourself with the full Everything DiSC application suite.
• Explore your own Everything DiSC Workplace, Management, and Agile EQ assessments. 
• Practice facilitation techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment.
• Gain access to the Everything DiSC online training center, connecting you to course content and your peers.

Class Structure

The Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner class is a two-week virtual learning experience with five self-directed online learning modules and four virtual, instructor-led sessions, followed by the included certification exam. This blended approach immerses participants in an active learning process to prepare for immediate real-world application.  

• This class begins on Apri 5, 2024 and runs for two weeks. 
• The live virtual sessions are mandatory. 
• The live sessions meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays for two weeks (April 9, 11, 16, and 18) from 10 am to noon Eastern (9 - 11 am Central / 8 - 10 am Mountain / 7 - 9 am Pacific).

Credentialing: Become an Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner

Upon successful completion of the exam, you will earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner, signaling proven competence in shaping  an engaged, collaborative, and high-performing culture — knowledgeable in the language of DiSC. 

Continuing Education Credit

The Everything DiSC® Certification program now provides SHRM credential-holders 20 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management when they complete the Everything DiSC Certification.

Value Added for Inside Insights Clients

Inside Insights provides clients who complete Everything DiSC Certification with a white-labeled EPIC Admin Account (a $250 value) to process assessments (assessment credits sold separately), personalized training on how to use the system, ongoing support and assistance, and preferred pricing on assessment credits.

Facilitation Kit Required

Participants in this class must also have an Everything DiSC on Catalyst™ facilitation kit, which includes customizable materials to facilitate Everything DiSC Workplace, Management, and Agile EQ in-person and virtually. If you do not already have this kit, you'll either need to choose the Attendee +Facilitation Kit option when you register or contact us to purchase your kit separately prior to the start of your certification class. It is more affordable to purchase the Attendee +Facilitation Kit bundle versus registering for the class and purchasing a kit separately.
